An organization or company may hire or consult a professional fundraiser to help it with its fundraising campaigns or events. They may have an agreement as to the income the professional fundraiser gets. This may be a fixed amount or a percentage of the accumulated funds. They are the ones hired by those who want to raise funds in order to help with their events and campaigns. Agreements are usually made in terms of the income that the professional fundraiser gets. They may either charge a fixed amount or ask for a percentage of the funds that were accumulated.
Various Individuals - There are many individuals that raise funds for different causes. When these individuals come together to support a cause then they become a temporary fundraising group that lasts for the duration of the fundraising. Sometimes even longer if all individuals plan to come up with another fundraising project in the future.
